Our founder, Rollande J. Adolphe, grew up in a household where business and service went
hand in hand. Her father was a business owner who instilled the values of hard work,
leadership, and community responsibility early on. But even as a child, Rollande knew she
was called to something deeper, to be a voice for the tired, the voiceless, and the
overlooked, just like our Advocate.

After law school, she spent 7 years fighting for injury victims at a respected mid-size
personal injury firm. But one Sunday, everything changed. A guest speaker at her church
delivered a message about stepping into your God-given purpose. It felt like he was
speaking directly to her.

That moment became the turning point.

Rollande took a leap of faith and God opened every door she needed. In January 2019,
Adolphe Law Group opened its doors, and within months, the firm was fully operational,
debt-free, thriving, and changing lives.

Since then, ALG has grown not just in case volume or settlement size, but in impact.
Thousands of clients later, one phrase is heard again and again:
“I am so grateful for your service”, or (my favorite) “I didn’t expect to receive so much
money, thank you.”
